Harder to find, retired Lemax Spooky Town Ghost Containment Building. Comes in original packaging.Piece is in great shape overall. Sounds and lights work. There is a tiny scuff on the sign (see picture 11), not very noticeable. Main issue: the soft bottom is missing (see last photo). This shouldn't affect display. Could be replaced with foam.
